Do features differ between plans?

No. Every plan has the full API surface — /v1/convert, async jobs, API-key management, quota headers. Plans differ on quota and concurrency only.

What counts toward my monthly quota?

One successfully-completed PDF job = 1 unit. Failed jobs don’t count. The counter resets when Razorpay charges your subscription for the next cycle.

How does GST work?

Prices are exclusive of GST. Razorpay applies 18% GST on its invoice using the GSTIN in your Razorpay profile.

Can I switch plans?

Upgrades are immediate with proration. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (no refund).

What happens if my card fails?

7-day grace period with nag emails on days 1, 3, and 5. If Razorpay doesn’t recover the payment in 7 days, you’re moved to Free; your subscription row is preserved so a card update reactivates the plan.

Is there an annual discount?

Not yet. Monthly only at launch.
